No, you can donate without creating an account. However, creating a free account lets you track all your orders in one place, save your billing addresses for a faster checkout, and access your invoices at any time. If you donate frequently, an account makes the experience significantly smoother.

Will I receive a receipt or invoice?

Yes. Once your order is processed, we will send you an invoice by email with all your billing details, including your name, address, and VAT number if provided. You can also download your invoices at any time from your account page.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Tax deductibility depends on the laws of your country of residence and the tax status of the institution you are supporting. CuraLink issues an invoice for every purchase, which you can use as supporting documentation. We recommend consulting a tax adviser or your local tax authority to understand what applies in your specific situation.

What is the platform tip and why does it exist?

During checkout you can optionally add a tip of 0%, 1%, 2%, or 5% of your order value. This tip goes entirely to CuraLink and is used to cover the costs of running the platform — technology infrastructure, logistics coordination, institution vetting, and customer support. 100% of your product purchase always goes to the institution. The tip is the only way CuraLink sustains itself, and it is entirely optional.

How does my donation reach the institution?

Once your payment is confirmed, CuraLink places an order with our fulfilment partner and the products are shipped directly to the institution's address that you selected at checkout. The institution receives the physical items you chose — not a voucher, not money — exactly what you picked. This guarantees that 100% of your purchase reaches its destination in the form it was intended.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and another when it has been delivered to the institution. If you have an account, you can also check the status of all your orders at any time from your account page.

What emails will I receive after donating?

Accepted Answer

After completing your donation you will receive three emails: an order confirmation immediately after payment, your invoice once the order has been processed, and a delivery notification when the products have been delivered to the institution.
